Culinary Moments in Motion

Panoramic Gourmet combines culinary excellence with a unique journey through the Engadin mountains. After a Laurent-Perrier champagne aperitif at GRACE LA MARGNA ST. MORITZ, guests are welcomed aboard the nostalgic «Gourmino» carriage. During the journey, Mikael Svensson and Andrea Bonini create an exclusive four-course lunch, paired with selected wines from Bindella. Mikael Svensson is regarded as one of the leading figures of modern Nordic cuisine. Through his two-Michelin-starred restaurant Kontrast, he has earned international recognition for a philosophy rooted in sustainability, seasonality, and a deep respect for exceptional produce.

Travelling along the UNESCO World Heritage route to the Landwasser Viaduct, this event becomes a truly exceptional culinary experience.
