Together with host and hunter Claudio Laager, as well as Nicolai  Tram from Knystaforsen, this exclusive experience leads out into the Engadin landscape. The Swedish duo, awarded one Michelin Star and one Michelin Green Star, stands for a cuisine that is both primal and precise, shaped by fire, landscape and product.

On an approximately 1.5-hour hike from Bever to Spinas, guests discover the alpine mountain world from a new perspective. Along the way, Claudio Laager shares his knowledge of the region, its wildlife and life in the mountains, offering authentic insights through captivating stories.

For lunch, an exceptional culinary experience with Nicolai and Eva Tram awaits. Dishes prepared over an open fire, the raw beauty of nature and the impressive backdrop of Val Bever come together to create an extraordinary outdoor dining experience.
