Gourmet Festival - Open «Mini-Safari» by Valser

The Open «Mini-Safari» by Valser marks the grand finale of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival, opening the doors of all nine partner hotels for a unique culinary journey of discovery. With your Festival Gourmet Pass, you can create your own personalised route and visit selected gourmet stations at the partner hotels as well as at the village square in front of the St. Moritz Lobby.

Each station offers exclusive signature bites, perfectly matched beverage pairings and personal encounters with the festival’s chefs. Participating hotels include Badrutt’s Palace, GRACE LA MARGNA, Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, Kulm Hotel, Kronenhof Pontresina with a own station hosted at Kulm Hotel, and Suvretta House. Waldhaus Sils, Nira Alpina and Säumerei am Inn will also present their culinary creations on the village square.

The individually curated culinary route makes this Sunday a varied and memorable festival experience for locals, holiday guests and families.

Ticket Exchange:
Please exchange your ticket for your Festival Gourmet Pass either at one of the partner hotels or at the Information Desk on the village square in front of the St. Moritz Lobby.

Included in the Festival Gourmet Pass:
- 4 or 6 gourmet stations across the 9 partner hotels
- At each gourmet stop: 1 Signature Bite including a perfectly paired beverage (with or without alcohol)
- De Cecco Signature Pasta Bite at Suvretta House (for adults and children alike)
- Valser water (still or sparkling) at every gourmet stop
- One Festival Bag per pass, available for collection at the village square in front of the St. Moritz Lobby
