Gourmet Safari Eastern Trail

The Gourmet Safari is one of the festival’s legendary formats, taking guests on a culinary trail through selected grand hotels of the Upper Engadin. In a small, exclusive setting, you will experience several kitchen teams, distinctive culinary signatures and an evening full of gastronomic surprises.

Five festival hotels, five courses, one culinary journey through the Upper Engadin. For more than 30 years, the Gourmet Safaris have been among the festival’s highlights. At each hotel, guest chefs and local chefs present their course in special locations throughout the property, accompanied by carefully paired wines and unique behind-the-scenes insights into the festival hotels.
